Yes, the 2 main steps are to update the linker settings and change the softdevice including paths to point to the s332 headers.

You mean the ble_app_buttonless_dfu s132 and replace the SD with s332? Or do you mean some other example? Because I couldn't find anything about DFU on the hrs example.

You can refer to the Adjustment of RAM and Flash memory to adjust the Flash and Rom address for s332. You also can refer to the Flash and Rom address setting for s332 in \ble_app_hrs\pca10040\s332 project.
