&lt;p&gt;My suggestion is to either use one of those supported already, alternatively&amp;nbsp;modify an existing sensor driver to fit with the read and write configuration of the CH201, or alternatively you need to use the i2c api to write your own driver to interface with the CH201:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/zephyr/hardware/peripherals/i2c.html"&gt;https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/zephyr/hardware/peripherals/i2c.html&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In all the above cases I recommend a logic analyzer to be able to view the data going between the nRF52 and CH201 for debugging. This will make it much easier to compare with the datasheet of the CH201 when you experience issues with init or interpret data.&lt;/p&gt;
