&lt;p&gt;Are you certain that your device is powered?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is a normal output if the target device is not properly powered, or connected via SWD lines.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I agree, but it is just visual from segger&amp;#39;s side. On your platform, the library is a native shared object.&lt;/p&gt;
