&lt;p&gt;The device type for the id 0x0309 is&amp;nbsp;specified as &amp;quot;reserved&amp;quot; in the lists..&amp;nbsp;The&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;IDs 0x0308-0x03FF are reserved, so I believe it is not an official device ID yet. It would be a HVAC (Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) device, since it starts with 0x03.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Note: The following is mentioned in the specification right before the list of devices:&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;quot;This list will be added to in future versions of the profile as new clusters are developed to meet the needs of manufacturers. The reserved values shall not be used until the profile defines them. Manufacturer-specific device descriptions shall reside on a separate endpoint and use a private profile ID.&amp;quot;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
