Can you try to do a full erase of the chip? You can use the nrfjprog that comes with the nRF Tools package. Write nrfjprog -e in the command line to erase the whole chip. Or you can open nRFgo Studio and erase the chip from there.

I have followed the procedure which are suggested but when i clickt he LOAD option am getting this error

JLINK Warning:T_bit of XPSR is 0 but should be 1 .changed to 1 programming failed

this is the first time am getting error liek this what needs to be done in order to solve this issue?

Did you select ble_app_uart_s110_pca10028" as the active project in the Workspace tree? (The s130 is the default one) Also, select "flash_softdevice" in the dropdown menu next to the flash icon, and flash the softdevice before you flash the application. You can also try to download nRFgo Studio and flash the softdevice from there. Then you will see if the softdevice has been flashed successfully. After that go to Keil and flash the application.

i downloaded the file but the nrf5DK is having nrf54122 and also i have followed your steps like press and hold the reset button for 5 sec then power up the board but i did not get any window like that in order to flash the binary file do i have install anyhting more?

The bootloader image is available here. Flash the bootloader by pressing the reset button and power cycle the board. You should see MTP named bootloader. Copy the .bin file to the MTP and power cycle the board.

Try to install mbed bootloader and run an example from that, see if it works. Atleast you'll know whether your board is damaged or not.

i have installed SDK version 9 and found the examples in that same file and am not using NRF go STUDIO to flash the KIT am just simply using the LOAD icon in the keil IDE

I'm not sure what you mean with "red icon". Can you please tell me where you found the examples (from which SDK) and which version of the softdevice you are trying to flash. Are you using nRFgo Studio to flash the SD and app?

i tried to flash the DK by using softdevice but it is showing red icon along with this option s110_softdevice.hex i did not understand what went wrong but previously i flashed the UART exmaple and i checked the output in termite terminal

The basic blinky example does not require the softdevice so it will flash to mem location 0x00. The uart example uses the softdevice in mem region 0, and the application is flashed to 0x18000 (depending on SD version). Did you flash the chip with the softdevice?
