&lt;p&gt;I did not see the possibility of provisioning one device without interfacing it through UART. For JITP, you need to write certificates into the modem. For&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://docs.nrfcloud.com/Reference/DeviceManagement/Provisioning/#preconnect-provisioning"&gt;Preconnect provisioning&lt;/a&gt;, you must read our&amp;nbsp;certificate signing request (CSR) generated by the&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;AT%KEYGEN command.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Also, I think&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="https://docs.nrfcloud.com/Reference/DeviceManagement/Provisioning/#preconnect-provisioning"&gt;Preconnect provisioning&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;should be the correct choice since you are working on a real product. You can refer to the following chart.
