For example if you are using SD110 <a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/question/31703/nrf51822-iram-and-irom-settings-for-s110-sd/">devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../</a></p> <p>if you have done the above two, can you set a breakpoint in the start of the main function and start the debugger in Keil and see if that breakpoint is hit?</p> <p>if the break point is hit can you please check if there are any APP_ERROR_CHECK that failed making your system reset in a loop?</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
