I have the same problem. I don't know how to resolve the problem. Please give me a hand. thanks.

ncs version: v2.2.0

I deleted the v1.6.1 version and installed the v1.6.0 version from

https://www.vsixhub.com/vsix/2033/

and now it works.

I think the new Cortex-Debug version broke it. Try going to Extensions->Cortex-Debug and change the version to 1.6.0
