Based on Matter samples provided, OnOff cluster is working great (using nRF5340).
We shall implement a more complex (and custom) cluster with 30 or 40 items and send that values over Matter.

According to ZAP tool, shall we implement the cluster

RE: [Matter] Custom cluster development

Hi Benny,

currently it's not possible to build the template matter example for example, if you add or change some endpoints/clusters with the zap-tool and the generate.py script.

I followed the link https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrf/ug_matter_gs_adding_clusters.html you shared to us , but I failed.

RE: [Matter] Custom cluster development

Hi,
According to ZAP tool, shall we implement the cluster in CHIP clusters? Can you explain the way to add custom clusters please?
See Adding clusters to Matter application.
In Android CHIP tool, how could we read that custom cluster data shared over Matter?
The Android CHIP tool is a specialized tool for showcasing Matter.
If you need to read custom cluster data, I recommend using the CHIP Tool for Linux or macOS instead.

The Android CHIP tool is Open Source, so you could build it yourself and add custom functionality this way. But that would be a lot harder.
