Hmm... That is strange.. Could you try to go in an environment without any Bluetooth activity, maybe since it's scanning, too much advertisements may trigger this?

Down below I have attached a video that shows how I build and program the lte_ble_gateway sample, please follow that, do the same and check if you get the same outcome as me.

I also don't think it's a problem with the SDK. I've reinstall the SDK and it still doesn't work.

I don't think I can run any git command here. Is it because I put everything in the wrong folder?

Hmm.. that is strange. So lte_ble_gateway (1).hex works, but not lte_ble_gateway_ncs200.zip.

That should be correct yes.

Have you modified the SDK in any way? Could you go into <ncs location>/nrf and <ncs location>/zephyr and run git status?

Could you test the following lte_ble_gateway sample with NCS v2.0.0:

devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../lte_5F00_ble_5F00_gateway_5F00_ncs200.zip

and the following hci_lpuart sample:

devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../hci_5F00_lpuart.hex

I just tested it on an nRF9160 DK v1.0.0 and it worked fine:
