@Torsten: Thank you for your feed back. For the question you aren't able to answer, you can select N/A or not relevant. We will try to customize the survey for different customer groups so that there should be less irrelevant questions in the future.

As you may already know, we have one nRF51 reference manual which has the common and generic information about the nRF51 series family. For detailed information on a particular chip, you would need to look for information in the Product Specification for each device. I know it could be a hassle of having to look into 2 sources of documentation. For nRF52 there will be only one place you look into, it's the infocenter.
