&lt;p&gt;You can use install codes. The install code and IEEE address of the joining device must be added to the coordinator, and the install code must be set on the joining device. When testing with the CLI agent it is enough to add it and enable install codes with&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_tz_v4.2.0/zigbee_example_cli_reference.html#ic"&gt;bdb ic&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;commands on the coordinator. For production devices, you must make sure that the install code is installed by the production configuration present in the flash.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
