I think the shell commands for logging are configurable through:

But I can report the event manager is not configurable.

Can create a ticket to make it configurable
So the developers can disable/enable it upon a customer wish.

"Shell integration is available to display additional information and to dynamically enable or disable logging for given event types.

The Application Event Manager is integrated with Zephyr’s Shell module. When the shell is turned on, an additional subcommand set (app_event_manager) is added."

How to disable the app_event_manager_shell?
There seems no "config" item for that ?
I searched in the CAF code of nordic
I searched in the the kconfig
I searched on the nRF Conned SDK websites an read the pages of

Event Manager
Application Event Manager
Application Event Manager SHELL integration
Shell Libraries
