 It has been a while since I looked up on different resources to get SPI slave transaction example and I finally found on the `nrf / samples / tfm / tfm_secure_peripheral / secure_peripheral_partition` something that may fit my requirements.

&lt;p&gt;That&amp;#39;s correct, I&amp;#39;m using the n&lt;span&gt;RF52840 DK.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;I thought the exposed pins weren&amp;#39;t pre-assigned to other stuff but I was wrong then.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I assume you&amp;#39;re working on an nRF52840 DK, is that correct? If so, it makes sense that only the MOSI pin works in your initial pin configuration, as P0.16 on the DK is by default connected to a LED, and P0.19 and P0.20 are connected to the onboard external memory. There are instructions on which solder bridges to cut/short in order to make these GPIOs work if you want to use these specifically in the &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/pdf/nRF52840_DK_User_Guide_20201203.pdf"&gt;DK user guide.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
