Hi Jørgen,

I could investigate the issue and it seems to be that the Mac M1 Max (Apple Silicon) is the problem (or the build of the ota-provider-app for macOS).

I try to run an Ubuntu (ARM) VM and build the ota-provider-app. This instance of OTA-Provider works as expected.
