&lt;p&gt;What nRF Connect SDK(NCS) version are you on?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Could you try to apply this fix for the function&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;gpio_nrfx_pin_configure(), and see if that improves anything?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;That could be. Could you&amp;nbsp;check the compiled devicetree, and see if pin 4 is used for something else?&lt;/p&gt;
