&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;We also have reproduced the issue from our side. According to developer, the non-linearity you observed is expected. It is not outside of the accuracy specification of +/- 10%. Could you please tell us the production year of your device?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt; It is stated on the label on the kit.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You can do some checking with 3V (within range 3) instead of 4V. As you found problem in range 3, it seems to be the problem with calibration. That is why we have &amp;#39;&amp;#39;user gain&amp;#39;&amp;#39; settings&amp;nbsp;(&lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/pdf/PPK_2_User_Guide_20201201.pdf"&gt;Power Profiler Kit II (nordicsemi.com)&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;that you can store by yourself to try and fix such an offset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
