Hi,

sorry for the long delay since the last time. I experimented with my setup in the meantime. By deletting the whole SDK & toolkit folders and installing them from scratch solved the issue. Now the Thingy:53 & Zephyr settings are back.

Hi Markus,

It is still there on my side. Can you try selecting 'All boards' instead of 'Nordic boards' and see if it shows up?

If you go to zephyr/boards/arm do you have a 'thingy53_nrf5340' folder with all board files?

thanks for the fast reply.

The challenge I do see so far is that I'm no longer able to select an Thingy:53 build target.

More details:

- I'm working with "nRF Connect for VS Code"

- I setup a new project with "Create a new application ..."

- e.g. "nrf/samples/app_event_manager/

- Now I want to add a "build configuration" but there is no build configuration for the Thingy:53 available, see attached screenshot:

So, I'm not able to configure for the Thingy:53.

Hi Markus,

There are multiple samples and applications which support Thingy:53 as build target. Do you get an error when trying to build with Thingy:53 as build target, or is the problem that it does not show up as a possible board in the VS Code extension, or something else?

You should have a folder with Zephyr examples under zephyr/samples.
