Have you tried this on another windows pc ? Are you able to replicate this? It's strange that even after reinstalling the software you get this issue.

Hi Priyanka,

I've tried removing the existing J-link driver, removing nRF Programmer, rebooting my PC, reinstalling J-link v7.66a, and reinstalling nRF Programmer, and it's still not working. See attached image for proof.

Could you remove all the JLink drivers, reboot and install the JLink_V7.66a again?

Does it work now?

It's v3.12.0.

Yes it is definitely detected. I still can use J-Flash, J-Flash Lite tool and nfjprog.exe with those J-links.

It's definitely the nRF Programmer application in nRF Desktop App.

What is you nRF Connect for Desktop version? When you connect a device to the PC, is this being detected?
