Thanks Nick. Now I can do DFU via nRF Toolbox. But I can't do it with Master Control Panel app. I can discover the device and connect it. but when i choose DFU and select the needed update firmware, the MCP app will disconnect from the device, My MCP app version 2.0. Could you please tell me how to do DFU with MCP ?

Check out the example project in the SDK, under examples/bootloader/dfu.

You also need to relocate the start address of the bootloader to 0x33800 so the linker knows to place code there. In Keil, this is part of the project properties, as the start value for the IROM1 region.
