&lt;li&gt;Can you share the schematics?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Check what voltage you measure on the reset pin?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Are you using a stand alone debugger or the debugger on a development kit?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Are you able to flash the blinky example again, or is it now reporting error no matter the application?&lt;/li&gt;
