Just adding some extra context:

The hardware does should support emulating the tags but we do not have any SW, so in theory you would have to write your own protocol to achieve this functionality. And to be clear, the NXP is the owner of Mifare so we don't have any licensing, you can check out a comment here https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/21038/potential-pitfalls-at-the-iso-dep-layer seems like they this might not be the as straight forward to use their tech, so it is not something we support.

For more specific inquirer about the use of NXP tech i suggest you contact NXP.

From the response in this ticket it seems that at least Ultralight is supported, I am not sure about Ultralight C.
