I program the nrf51 in C++ using GCC and Eclipse as IDE (this question is not related to the C++ toolchain).
I was wondering if it is possible to add the extern wrapper #ifdef __cplusplus in all header files of the SDK (drivers and libs)

RE: Use the nrf SDK in C++

@Aryan the SoftDevice team fixed this issue, waiting on the SDK team ;)

RE: Use the nrf SDK in C++

From SDK11, the header files of SoftDevices s130 and s130 now include the
#ifdef __cplusplus
wrapper.
Thank you Nordic and @aryan. This is a first step, but a good news.

RE: Use the nrf SDK in C++

A ticket is created for this one , but i am not sure if it gets any priority soon :(

It has became a coding standard for C programming as well. I really don't understand why Nordic still refuses to do it. It takes about 1 hour to wrap all the header files.
