SPI slave is working, but there is some current leak when it become system off mode. I think the reason is that MISO is HI-Z at that time. Is it possible to change the configuration like the following?

It said that the SPI slave peripheral is low power by default when the CSN line is high. It is true, but I think MISO should keep low or high. Because MISO is output pin of SPI Slave.
