 There is a loose wire on our PDK, The right side is on the cap, but the left side is loose and not clear where it came from. Can you help?

&lt;p&gt;According to the OPS I have, pin 47 on 7002 is VSS, are you sure it is the correct pin? Or is that pin not grounded correctly on the pcb perhaps?&lt;/p&gt;
