I have checked the customer nRF5340 DK and the intial test obsrvation is, the DK got external high voltage and due to this the nRF5340 chips got damged. Thankyou for your support and you can close the ticket.

As discussed, please make sure that the supply voltage or external debug supply of the DK should be within the limits to avoid the crystal or chip damage.

Was your DK functioning properly before.? I need more information regarding your set up. Could you tell me the positioning of all the switches on the board.? Also, is SB 40 open or shorted.?

Hi Swathy,

No, it is not visible in the device manager.

However, when I checked voltages, I am getting around 3V at VDD_MCU and VDD_nRF locations. I am attaching screenshots of the DK schematic for the reference.

Could you check if it is visible in the device manager as a COM port.?
