Well, you can wait or you can cherry-pick the code directly into your local sdk-zephyr copy. It really depends how you are managing your repos.

Luckily that same issue you posted has now been resolved. I got the notification this morning.
(GitHub: Memory report generation breaks if app and Zephyr is located on different Windows drives #51549)

Do we just wait for this Zephyr update to make its way into the nRF SDK or do we need to request it somehow?

Hello Dan,

Unfortunately this is a Zephyr issue, meaning that we can't fix this in the extension unfortunately. We've reported it here. I do not know when it will be fixed, nor when that fix will be included in a certain version of NCS.

Hi Håkon,

Has this issue been fixed or is it on the roadmap? I'm also having this issue.

I can live with the SDK having to be on my C drive, but would prefer to have it on my Project drive. However, I really want to keep my project on the Project drive.
