Here are the steps for sharing the project files:

Got to the nRF Connect extension, and right click the application name. Select "Show in explorer":
Then click your files and select Reveal in File Explorer.
Select all your project files, including the build folder and add them to a compressed folder:
Next drag and drop the .zip file into the text field of your next reply to this case.

Would you be able to share the project, including the build folder from a project where there is no output?

quick update,

I did i fresh install for version v1.9.1 and the console is giving me output but when i try to build over v2.0.0 or higher im not getting the console to show anything

i have also tried connecting it over the other COM port but still i do not see anything over the console

Which board are you using? A DK?

The settings in the image below should normally work, so you may use these going forward.

I see that you try connecting to COM4. Have you tried connecting to any of the other COM ports? The other COM ports should also show up under Connected devices in VS Code like in the example image below.

Connect to the COM port of choice by hovering and clicking on the icon to the right (as you probably did when you connected to COM4).
