&lt;p&gt;Thank you for the response, I looked up the Segger debugger as you suggested and I found out that it has been suspended/discontinued.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Are there any other alternatives that you might know of?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Could I use a USB to TTL programmer like CP21xxx family?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I am not quite certain what you&amp;#39;re after, but if it is a Cortex M33 capable debugger you&amp;#39;re after, I can recommend that you check out Segger JLink:&lt;/p&gt;
