 I have few questions below: 
 - What is the efficiency of the embedded DC/DC converters in the nRF53 circuit? What is the difference in efficiency when the circuit operates in High-Voltage mode and Normal-Voltage mode?

&lt;p&gt;Since the regulators on the nRF53 are automatically switched between different modes based on load, our experience is that providing definite answers to these kinds of questions. I would strongly recommend using the &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/power/w/opp/2/online-power-profiler-for-bluetooth-le"&gt;Online Power Profiler&lt;/a&gt; to see how the current consumption of an application changes based on voltage, regulator used, and other parameters. You can see how the radio TX/RX current peaks changes, for example.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So, unfortunately we do not have any specific numbers on the efficiency for the nRF5340 for you.&lt;/p&gt;
