Issue is solved - I received this info from another Nordic FAR

This looks like a known issue in NCS v2.1.0, now is fixed in the main branch. Could you test with the NCS Main branch and see if this error disappears?

Using the latest code from Main Branch - DFU mode is working

Thank you. Can you let me know what the error return code (-11) refers to and where they are defined in the source code?
