&lt;p&gt;The MPSL FEM driver does indeed take the gain from the FEM into account. The requested TX power is the final output power after the gain stage.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;By default the fem TX gain is set to 22dB to support the SKY6112-11, if a FEM with a different gain is used this must be configured with the &lt;code&gt;tx-gain-db&lt;/code&gt; property in the FEM devicetree node.&lt;/p&gt;
