Glad to hear it worked.

Some of the USB cables now-a-days don't support data transfer and the only way to analyse this is to test/use this at the time of purchase, as there is no symbol, label or icon to distinguish between both.

The problem was fixed, after I used several USB cable.

I would like to suggest that you will supply a verified USB cable with the development kit.

It will solve a lot of troubles from the user

Hello,

Can you tell me how you are trying to connect with your DK? It is recommended to use Visual studio Code with our latest nRF connect SDK. I am not sure of the guide you followed(as mentioned in the query), but you can refer this tutorial which shows how you can set the whole environment with DKs.
