Thanks for reporting this. The issue seems to be related to the same bug that's also causing this issue: nRF9160dk onboard controller crash

It's being reported to Segger and we will hopefully get a fix. If I find out that it is unrelated, I will definitely get back to you soon.

Which revision is your nRF5340DK?
