Thank you so much for your time and response! Yes, are making it high via nrf52833 at startup. One thing more we can do is to make it high/pull up directly instead of nrf52833. I will update you further on this after these changes.

Hello Usman,

You have to make sure that ENABLE pin is pulled high on the custom board or else it will not start the 9160.

Can you try this and see if it possible to program?
