I am trying to program the external nrf9160 SOC using nrf9160 DK using the following connections. Before that, I tried the same connections to program the nrf52820 SOC using nrf52833DK and was able to program it successfully!
Now I am following

RE: programming external nrf9160 SOC using nrf9160DK

Hello Kazi,

Thank you so much for your time and response! Yes, are making it high via nrf52833 at startup. One thing more we can do is to make it high/pull up directly instead of nrf52833. I will update you further on this after these changes.

Thanks and Regards,

You have to make sure that ENABLE pin is pulled high on the custom board or else it will not start the 9160.
