Thank you for your patience.

I don't think you will be able to reduce the size of the application enough to make this work.

Talked to one of my colleagues with more experience on the topic;

He suggested on of three options as a solution here:

User a chip with more Flash, i.e the nRF52840.
Do MCUBoot recovery mode. That way you don't need dual bank update (only serial).
Or use external flash.

Thank you for your prompt response.

I think you misunderstanded my question.

I was not trying to implement OTA or DFU via bluetooth mesh.

I tried to enable MCUBoot on nRF52833 which have bluetooth mesh. So that, the nrf52833 could run DFU from ble coexist or UART.

Is there anyway to reduce the FLASH size of a project with bluetooth mesh.

We currently do not support Mesh DFU at this time.
