&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;The problem is found, because the SDK used is 15.2 (my negligence), and the command to generate boot settings with nrfutil is version 2, which causes this problem.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Recently when I use nrfjprog to write a 4-in-1 hex, I also experience issue where&amp;nbsp;some bytes are different. It ultimately led to fairly similar problem as you described.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Could you please try to use a different way to write&amp;nbsp;the flash and see if you don&amp;#39;t have the same problem? For example, I use the Programmer in &lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-tools/nRF-Connect-for-desktop"&gt;nRF Connect for Desktop&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
