Hi,

NVS is what we have tested and used in our ble examples. Thus this is the backend that we recommend to use with our Softdevice controller to avoid any problems.

Sorry for the confusion, I just noticed that the NVS backend you referred me to is part of the Storage module, not the Settings module ... my bad.

My question therefore is, does the same hold for all APIs of the Storage module?

Not sure which storage module you're referring too? Can you specify?! fstorage?

Hi,

The recommended backend for the Settings module is NVS, and yes it's compatible with the Softdevice Controller. The backend is configured by applying CONFIG_SETTINGS_NVS to the project config file.
