I bought a SIM card by TRUPHONE from Digi-Key at https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/truphone-limited/sim-s-io3-tri-2-lp/11568181

and i can´t add/activate the card in your cloud service at https://nrfcloud.com/, see attached image with cloud answer.

Yes, this sounds like a good application for NB-IoT. Make sure to test with both iBasis and local SIM to verify good connection to NB-IoT network.

Our application is home automation where WiFi signal is missing, for example in building basements.

Also, street lighting and electric vehicle street charging stations.

Yes, you can use any SIM card that supports NB-IoT Make sure that the SIM card supports the network in your location. The iBasis SIM is a roaming SIM card which means it's allowed to roam on multiple networks all around the world.

Is there a specific application you are targeting within NB-IoT?
