Swathy is on travel this week, but she should be back next week.

If you intend for an application that supports Matter, the nRF52840 and nRF5340 are large and powerful enough to support both OpenThread, Matter (and BLE which is required for Matter provisioning). Also note that if you want to do DFU, you will have to also include an external flash, as the Matter protocol is quite large.
