The theoretical time since power is supplied until the CPU runs is described in Section 5.3.10.1 of the nRF52811 Product Specification, also available online here.
That is not technically the time until main() is execute, but it is as far as specification go.

It should be the same as the device's minimum operating voltage range, 1.7V.
