 When SW9 is set to the default 1V8 position both the programmer and virtual COMs work fine. 
 When I switch SW9 to the 3V position the board is no longer detected by the PC. The LED5 diode doesn&amp;#39;t blink anymore.

I found that the resistor R96 has been accidentally wiped out by a plastic screw when I mounted the board to a custom breadboard. I will fix the problem and I believe the problem should disappear.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;After switching SW9 to 3V, could you please try to power off the switch and then on again. Try this and see if you can see the com port.&lt;/p&gt;
