However there is a limitation on the RAM and FLASH size on this chip.&nbsp;</p> <p>We have nRF52840 in QFN48 variant recently but it&#39;s not drop-in pin compatible with the nRF52832. You may need to make a new PCB for it. But it&#39;s the closest in packaging size if you are using nRF52832 QFN48.&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
