Sorry for the delayed response. The developers have reviewed the console output now, but they did not recognize the problem, unfortunately. I will let you know when they have had time to investigate this further. I recommend you use the nRF connect app on Android or iOS in the meantime.

I tried uninstalling it again and as you told me, I check the console tab.

I attach 2 pictures.

one is the picture before I install "bluetooth low energy application installation".

the other one is the picture after I install that.

Hi,

Yes, "Bluetooth low energy" needs to be installed as a standalone app. Once you have installed the app again, please open it and wait until it you get to the load screen, then press "ctrl+shift+i" to open the console tab and see if it reports any errors.

Hi Vidar Berg.

fotunately, I success display that page to uninstall all of the nrf program using unistall program.

And I tried to re-install again.

but when I click the button "Download and Install",

something about ble app is installed and after that, the program, "nrf connent for desktop blutetooth low energy standalone v4.0.0", is displayed and nothing turned on like yesterday.

I assume that the process as above is the problem.

Is it necessasy to install?

I have not seen this issue myself so I'm currently checking with the developers to see if they have any suggestions to what the problem could be.

ah, and I waited for 2hours over after opening the program, but it doesn't work.... nothing turned on.

the strangest thing is another programs like DTM, programmer are turned on very very well;;;
