&lt;p&gt;There are several factors which determine how many packets you can send per connection interval, and the number of packets is often limited by the receiving central (unless you have an nRF on both sides of the connection). I recommend you use the &lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-tools/nrf-sniffer-for-bluetooth-le"&gt;nRF Sniffer for Bluetooth LE&lt;/a&gt; to check how many packets it is currently able to send.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You can then try to adjust relevant BT configurations parameters to see if you can improve it. The &lt;a href="https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrf/samples/bluetooth/throughput/README.html"&gt;Bluetooth: Throughput&lt;/a&gt; sample is configures the Bluetooth stack for maximum transfer speed, so you can use the configurations from this sample as a reference.&lt;/p&gt;
