Hi Charlie,

the issue got resolved. I was using this video (https://youtu.be/Cuf9JPVqTIM) for getting the DK connected to the nRF Cloud but it was always the same thing but as soon i used this file (nrf9160dk_asset_tracker_v2_2022-09-15_7a358cb7) in the Programmer instead of
(nrf9160dk_serial_lte_modem_2022-09-15_7a358cb7) i was able to add my LTE device in the Cloud.

Hi Obaida,

It is quite wired if you are using just unboxed DK board. Could you reprovision this device to nRF Cloud? You can follow the steps below "Nordic nRF91 Device" on this miro nRF Cloud Access Provisioning flow chat.
