Hello,
So there seems to be a variety of issues going on here.
Unfortunately nRF Connect for Desktop, along with the nRF Programmer, is only supported on Windows, Mac and Ubuntu. Even though this is bookworm/sid which is what supported versions of Ubuntu is based on, we do not provide support for this. You might be able to fix this yourself (people running exotic linux distributions often do), though you will be a bit on your own doing so.
If you're able to reproduce this on Ubuntu however I'll look into it for you.
