It was due to a wrongly connected pin. I documented the pin configuration. find the file below.

Hello,

This looks like an error from the slave address.

Can you re-check the slave address also check if there are any pull ups for the pins assigned. I don't see any problems using pins p0.26 and p0.27

I am not able to get data after connected MPU6050 to pin p0.26 and p0.27.

I got error like this.

Hello,

As you can see this example in the SDK is a dedicated sample built for nrf52DK . For building this with the nrf52840 you need to rename the overlay file inside the folder "boards"- (ncs\v2.1.0\zephyr\samples\sensor\mpu6050\boards). You should rename it with DK you are working with. In your case it will be like nrf52840dk_nrf52840. Try renaming the overlay file then delete the build folder if there is already one and try to build again.
