Do you work on the same project? If not, please create a new support case for your own.

I would suggest trying the latest version of NCS v2.5.0 to see if it can help or not.

No i didn't change anything in the template sample, i just tried building it using the custom board files.

I don't have a physical custom board with me, just want to build the sample with modified board files.

Hi,

Do you modify anything of the matter template sample? If so, what is that?

Does the custom board have an external flash as nRF5340DK?
