Typically you need to register an account on https://www.thisisant.com/ to get access to their software.

To get started with nRF5340 development in general you should check out the devacademy: https://academy.nordicsemi.com/courses/nrf-connect-sdk-fundamentals/

Once you have built experienced with devacademy and the nRF Connect SDK toolchain and played around a bit with various examples, then the next step is to start developing ANT and ANT+ products. The ANT and ANT+ SDK is part of the nRF Connect SDK by following this guide (you need to register to get access): https://www.thisisant.com/developer/ant/nrf-connect-sdk
